Tents, Caravans, Motorhomes, Campervans and Dogs are all welcome on our Watergate Bay campsite, electric and non electric pitches are available.

On site - Dog friendly, shop/off licence also offering hot food and drinks which is open daily. (restricted hours during off peak times)

The View at Watergate Bay gives you the advantage of a tranquil, smaller campsite just a short walk to the beach with a dynamic holiday park nearby.

Watergate Bay Touring Park is just 300 yards along a quiet road and all the facilities of the park are available to the customers of The View.

These include: indoor heated swimming pool, tennis courts, skate park, pirate ship play area, arcade, pool tables, dog walking fields, mini bus to the beach (only during the summer holidays) and the Cribbar with free entertainment every night during the summer holidays.

Watergate Bay

Watergate Bay is a spectacular beach on the North Cornwall Coast with a backdrop of steep cliffs and two miles of golden sand which is dog friendly all year round, offering plenty of rock pools and caves for the kids to explore.

The beach is patrolled by RNLI lifeguards during the summer months with designated safe swimming areas and ensuring it is a safe place for water sport opportunities.

Watergate Bay is exposed to incoming swell from the Atlantic making it an excellent place for water sports. You nearly always find surfers, body boarders, stand-up paddle boarders or kite surfers enjoying the waves.

It’s about the balance in life, being active and getting among the elements or just chilling out and enjoying the presence of the Atlantic Ocean and rugged coastline.

Watergate Bay also hosts a year-round events calendar, from music festivals and surf competitions to Thundercat racing and Polo on the beach; there is always something going on.
